This policy explains what information AtomX Lab LLC ("AtomX," "we," "us") collects through atomxlab.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company, website, the services you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field.
- Booking details. If you schedule a call, the booking happens on Google Calendar's scheduling page, and the details you enter there are handled by Google under its own privacy policy.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Webflow) and font provider (Google Fonts) automatically receive standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, so the site can load and stay secure.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to reply to you, prepare for and hold the call you book, and, if we work together, to deliver our services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that run this website and our business, such as Webflow (website hosting and form handling) and Google (scheduling, email, and fonts). They process it on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions for as long as we need them to respond and to manage our relationship with you, and then delete them. Client records are kept as long as required for business, tax, and legal purposes.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, including California, other U.S. states with privacy laws, and the EU and UK, you may have additional rights, and you will not be treated differently for using them. Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
